1: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SEAT(S)?

We offer a selection of payment options including all major credit and debit cards processed by Skrill as well as Paypal and also Bank Transfer.

2: WHERE DO I GO WHEN I GET TO THE AIRPORT?

We use the Signature Flight Services VIP terminal on Percival Way at Luton airport, which has secure customer parking and refreshments.

Simply park outside and go into the reception and you will be introduced to your pilots.
Please be at the Signature Flight Services lounge 20 minutes before your flight time.


3: HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SEAT IS MINE?

When you book a seat you select the specific seats you want for yourself and any companions travelling with you. The remaining unselected seats are then made available for sale and are then visible to seat purchasers who can then select the one(s) they want when they book and pay for their seats.
The confirmation of seat number(s) is emailed to you when the flight details are confirmed.


4: WHEN DO YOU NEED MY PASSPORT INFORMATION?

We will need your passport information when you book and pay for your seats, if you are booking seats for companions then you will need to supply their passport information at the same time.


5: DO YOU OPERATE FLIGHTS WITH STEWARDESS OR CABIN ATTENDANTS?

No, there are no stewardesses or cabin attendants on board, the pilot and co pilot will show you to your seats and show you the refreshments available on the flight. Every flight operates with two pilots for safety, feel free to talk with them during the flight.

6: HOW MUCH BAGGAGE CAN I TAKE?

Baggage space is limited on these small aircraft and for good operational and safety reasons we must impose strict baggage restrictions:
Hold baggage: One soft medium sized bag per passenger. Maximum dimensions: Size 30″ (76cm) x 15″ (38cm) x 13″ (33cm), weight 25kg max.
Cabin Baggage: In a private plane there is no overhead storage. Please restrict cabin baggage to 5kg and to a size that you could comfortably place around your feet or on your knee.


7: WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER, TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR AIR TRAFFIC DELAYS?

If a flight is cancelled for any reason you will receive a full refund within 7 days.
As with all flights weather, technical problems and air traffic delays can affect your flight plans. The Civil Aviation Authorities have many regulations concerning weather, types of aircraft and pilot capabilities. Some aircraft are equipped with technology that allow operation in complex weather situations. The Captain of the aircraft is in command of the flight and has sole authority before and during the flight as to the safe operation of the aircraft. He or she will not fly an aircraft if the weather conditions do not meet the standards of his or her certification or if any other factors affect the safe operation of the flight. By accepting the operator’s terms and conditions you agree to the authority of the Captain and the crew of the aircraft, and the relevant regulations governing the decisions they make regarding the operation of your flight.
If a flight is delayed for any reason you can contact the Lux-Jet flight operations team who will use all reasonable efforts to assist you and provide you with the necessary advice.


8: CAN I CANCEL MY SEAT(S) AFTER I HAVE BOOKED AND PAID FOR THEM?

Yes you can cancel them within 48 hours of receiving our flight details and seat confirmation email. And receive a full refund within 7 days. After 48 hours and up to 2 weeks before the flight date we have a 75% refund policy. Seats cancelled within 2 weeks of the flight date will not receive a refund.


9: CAN I CHANGE THE NAME(S) FOR THE SEATS I HAVE BOOKED?

Yes you can up to 7 days before the flight date, simply email us info@lux-jet.com the details of the flight for your seat(s) booked and the new passenger details and we will amend the email ticket and send it back to you.


10: CAN I REALLY AVOID ALL THE QUEUING IN THE MAIN AIRPORTS?

Yes with 6 or less passengers on the flight using the VIP terminal, you wait in comfort and avoid the congestion associated with the main airport terminals and low cost budget airlines. This means: No security queues, No gate queues, No bus queues, No Plane queues & No Seat Queues, No passport queues.


11: DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR CHILDREN?

On Lux-jet flights, children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a person of 16 years of age or above. The person accompanying the child can be a family member, guardian or other appointed person.


12: AM I COVERED BY INSURANCE TO FLY?

Yes. Passengers are covered under international law by the aircraft operator’s insurance in relation to the operation of the aircraft on which you are flying. However, this is not the same as travel insurance and we recommend that you always travel with a comprehensive travel insurance policy.
